Parking in areas belonging to other condominiums or using parking spaces reserved exclusively for visitors, in which case the vehicle will be towed, and the cost charged to the offender. 6\. Walking through common areas of the condominium while in an inconvenient condition or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 7\. Verbally or physically offending the staff providing services to the condominium. 8\. Damaging or destroying common property assets. 9\. Failing to comply with any of the rules established in these Regulations and/or the Law. 10\. Entering exclusive-use areas without the user’s permission. 11\. Using parking spaces to store belongings or furniture or to carry out vehicle repairs.
