I’ve stayed here twice now and plan on staying here every time I come to Owasso to visit my family. I do wish there were a few more vegetarian items included with the breakfast. Gravy without sausage would be nice or bagels with cream cheese. I also wish I knew how to work the bathtub. Both times I’ve been I cannot figure it out.

Decent location. Ease of getting to where we needed to be in Tulsa and in Collinsville. They only thing is nothing disclosed a pet fee until we checked in. $20/pet/night. Next time we will stay at a Air BnB to not have to pay pet fee.

Didnt like when the clerk was attempting my card for 4.00 charge and said it didnt go through. After trying 2 other cards he tells me its not giving a declined msg yet a msg he wasnt familiar with and its not his system bc he just ran another guests card so it must be my account causing the error. Told him to run my original card again and voila it went through...not even an apology for the implied sentiment that i didnt have 4.00 in my account

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and new the accommodations were. The breakfast was excellent! Biscuits, Sausage and Gravy. Waffles, Toast, Pastries…. I would stay here again with out hesitation.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Front desk is a bit slow and unprofessional but nice. Love that they are dog friendly. Quiet.

I arrived in the evening. and although i needed shuttle to the airport, my departure was outside of the drivers schedule. I was very impressed when the hotel worked with me to meet my flight. I had a good (but short) visit. And would consider returning if in the area again.

Only complaint I have is the dust all over the walls thick in some spots even. The cable didn't work at all it was stuck on one station and I could only turn the tv on or off and the volume up and down. Overall a good place to stay friendly staff and its nice and quiet.

Complete rude staff!! I had to wake the guy up behind the counter asleep on a couch to tell me I did not have a reservation which I in fact did! He proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me I must be in the wrong place even though I showed him my Expedia email asking how my check in experience was at sure stay hotel north in owasso. Expedia did not send me a confirmation email and I understand it may have been necessary to have a check in number but he did not even try to remedy the situation other than being rude and laughing and telling me to take it up with Expedia. I would never treat a customer in this manner. Rude rude rude!! He even proceeded to help another customer right in the middle of me talking to him. Zero stars!!!!! Zero zero zero This review did not violate any of the following Did not mention specific prices or room rates Left out profanity Did not reference personal information Did not include any photos containing inappropriate or unrelated content I only spoke the truth about my trip.

The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. Their TV service is weird, but we got it straightened out. I greatly appreciated the ride back to the airport. I will stay there again if given the opportunity.
