"Check in didn't go well as our assured reservation request with Melody in March for a top floor king bed on the lakeside was let go. The front guest clerk Alex didn't seem to care and showed no respect and was very dismissive. The rest of the staff was great"

"The staff and check-in process was great. We arrived late at night and she was kind and helpful. The room smelled like cigarettes and the smoke detector was missing with wires hanging out of the ceiling. The TV didn’t work. The mattress was comfortable. Light from outside does shine through the closed curtains. Overall it was fine and well worth the price paid."
