We are offering the newly upgraded units for short-term rentals.\*\* These units are best for guests in Klamath Falls for work or couples passing through who need a crash pad. We do not recommend these units for families, or those traveling with kids. Perfect for guests working remotely and traveling professionals! Popular with nurses, construction workers, and more Within walking distance from the Klamath Amtrak Station! This building is about 100 years old and is continuously being upgraded! This apartment has been renovated and furnished beautifully • All units have air conditioning and heating • All units are supplied with Greystone Soaps and amenities • Each unit has a microwave and coffee machine (Coffee Supplied) • Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor for $2 each. We supply laundry detergent. • Each unit has glass and disposable plateware and utensils; you do not need to worry about dishes. • Each unit has ultra-soft Charmin toilet paper • Free WiFi • Each one-bedroom unit has a TV in the main room, and another in the bedroom.
