"It was the only hotel in the area close to who I was visiting. I was nervous but pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was easy and didn't have to pay extra. The room was nice, although the bathroom could use the updates (specifically the tub), overall, it was clean and the bed was very comfy."

"Spacious room with high quality linens, thick blankets, and very good sound-proofing. Excellent breakfasts including made-to-order omelets and dairy-alternative milks. A couple minor issues with our stay: fire alarm went off for several minutes while we were sleeping, reception said it was due to a guest burning incense in their room. We requested a 30 minute check out extension as a result which they denied, saying they have a limit of six late check outs across the property and all already granted. Very friendly staff, were just limited by company policy. Stayed in room 232, has a leaking faucet and a drooping shower curtain rod but is otherwise wonderful. Would happily stay again."

"We had an amazing stay! From the moment we checked in until we left, everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options each morning. If I could suggest anything, it would be to have the laundry room available 24/7 and to open the pool a little earlier. Those are just minor suggestions, though, because everything else exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding service. We look forward to staying here again!"

"Location was great for us as right next to the train to downtown Seattle. We spent one night as we attended a daytime Mariners game. Staff let us park our car early so we could train downtown. Not much walking distance for food that is not chain restaurants. Clean and large room, bed was comfortable but very soft so may not be good for everyone. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was over at 9 so early, 9:30 would be better. Would stay again."

"It’s a bit dated but good for the value. It was clean. Parking was confusing at first but it’s pretty easy to figure out. The wing and fuselage cover were both unexpected in a good way. I liked the way this property tied in the aviation connection."
