Very cute theme and excellent service. The location is a bit further out and near suburbs, so not what you should book if your plans are all centered around Hong Kong proper (Tsim sha Chui, causeway bay, etc). It was sufficient for my family trip, which was more to visit relatives in the area!

Nice and conveniently located hotel

Overall a very good hotel. Bottled water is provided every day. The rooms are clean and tidy, but they are a little thin and cannot open two large windows at the same time. The cleaning staff and reception staff are very polite. The only bad thing is that the bathroom still drips after being closed.

I had a family room during I stay. 2 double beds which was quite comfy for 3 of us. ( kids is 7 years old). I would say the room are clean enough, next to MTR so very easy to travel around And big shopping mall near by too. The down side is noise problems, if the next room is loud then you can almost can hear their conversation. I were unlucky on the 1st night, our neighbors start to make noise in early morning in 6am. Also, sometime you could hear the train pass through too which consider acceptable. They won't provide water. And need to call for tissue box. This is why I gave 3 stars for the service. Overall is quite good deal hotel with the price.

The reception staff were great, as was everything else. you can walk the V city ( I think that is what it is called, it is a massive mall connected to the Tuen Mun railway station , just cross the bridge next to hotel it takes about 5 to 7 minutes. the area is safe and well lit .there is also the bus station there and LRT and Metro. I think I searched on google that their is a bus that connect the airport through a new tunnel, I do not live in Tuen Mun so did not check properly, If you carry on walking past the mall their is a market and tuen mun high street with Mcdonalds and other outlets and many good local resturants. everything is price marked and tourist are not cheated. you can get to kowloon in about 40 miniutes by MTR...and I am pretty sure buses run to tsuen wan in about mins.

We stayed on the 6th floor and be aware that they have a function room on the 6th floor. On sundays they host a church group who were playing extremely loud music with the function doors open from the morning 9:30am. This is really not great with a small child and jet lag. Our room also had air conditioning issues, we had different maintenance team members look at it 4 times. We had to switch rooms in the end near midnight with no assistance from the staff. It would have been a lot easier if they had provided a trolley at least. Location was convenient, right next to light rail and MTR station. A short walk away is Tuen Mun park. Staff are generally helpful and friendly. Room size and facilities were just fine for us. The small fridge was very useful in the heat to keep cold drinks. Would be better if they took to wash used cups since there isnt a kitchen in the room. Overall the hotel is very clean.
