We like to have rooms with King beds and there were 3 of them. We spent some time in the theater room and watched a football game. And the pool and hot tub functioned perfectly. We enjoyed hearing the coyotes howling in the evening too! Great outdoor area to BBQ and we even played some ping pong and pool in the game room. We had a great week at Villa Antoinetta. Check in and out was seamless, host was very available by email or phone (although we had no issues) and let us know several times to contact anytime if needed. House was beautiful, great location close to grocery store and restaurants, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. I was surprised how quiet and peaceful it was being close to many things. The view from front window of the mountains was gorgeous and we really didn’t even realize we had neighbors. House was just as pictured, very clean and updated, kitchen well stocked. We had the pool heated for the week and pool and hot tub were wonderful. Kids loved the game room and played pool and ping pong almost every night. Also loved the theater room. Beds were comfy, bathrooms big and beautiful. Washer and dryer worked great. House was very spacious with multiple areas to gather and relax. Nice to have all on one level for older folks too. The kitchen had everything we needed and desks in the rooms was a nice addition as i needed to work during our stay.Hosts were very responsive and quick to answer questions.
