The dining room, featuring mid-century modern furnishings, comfortably seats eight. Tucson has an impressive food scene and an array of exceptional restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive. On those days when you’d rather hang by the pool and soak in the views from the property, the well-appointed kitchen will not disappoint. You’ll have access to our new laundry machines, kitchen appliances, extra towels, pool towels, linens, and (maybe most importantly!) quality coffee and Smith tea to start your day right! SPA/POOL: The spa is heated on-demand (heat 1-2 hours prior to use) and can be used year round, and is included in the cost of your stay. The pool can be heated for an additional daily fee of $75 - please inquire in advance if interested. The pool will generally be a comfortable temp without supplemental heat from the mid May to mid August. Due to the large size of the pool and large deep end, if evening temperatures are dipping below 40\*, the pool heater may not be able to keep up and retain the intended temperature. As such, the pool heat is most enjoyable in the spring and fall. POOL FENCE: The safety of our smallest guests is of utmost importance, thus the pool fence is required to remain in place and remain locked for groups with kids under the age of 12\. For travel groups without children, you may request in advance that the north section of pool fence be removed (schedule allowing). We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and use unscented laundry cleaning products. We spent a lot of time out by the pool enjoying the landscaping and mountain views. The house was better than the photos. Loved the back yard with the pool and hot tub. Owners are so accommodating and easy to work with. Everything was very clean. Plenty of space, a gourmet kitchen , great views from the family room and Arizona room of the mountains and we loved relaxing around the pool. The home was immaculate. House easily accommodated our party of 5 including a very spacious master bedroom. Very clean property with great views of the Catalina mountains from the spacious deck. This is by far one of the best homes we've stayed in. Family of 5 with more than enough space. The home is in an excellent location with close proximity to hiking trails as well as close access to the cross town bike trail. It was so nice to come back after an active day to jump in the pool and enjoy sunsets and dinner on the patio. The home is roomy , clean and the kitchen has everything a cook needs. The pool is clean, warm and massive (much bigger than it appears in photographs), and the whole outside area is lovely, with gorgeous views. Move-in was easy, the location was great - far enough into the foothills to be pretty and quiet, but close enough to whatever you need (we were back and forth to the university, and it wasn’t too far at all). Plenty spacious enough for a family of four, including two teens, with a bedroom to spare. Would absolutely stay here again. ##### Erik M.
