Everything was amazing!!!We had a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday.The house was spacious, clean and inviting.All aspects from our booking, check-in and check-out were seamless. This house is absolutely amazing — the pictures don’t do it justice! The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, and Steve was an outstanding host, checking in often to make sure everything went smoothly. We’ll definitely be booking again.

Best Stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. It literally has everything and anything you could need. Tons of Towels, Toys, coffee, paper towels, you name it and it was thought of. Excellent place to stay with family the backyard is great, the rooms are large, it's 1.5 away from a Safeway, close to Gates pass for hiking, 14 minutes from UofA. Driveway entrance is a little tricky and I think would be challenging to have multiple cars pulling in and out, but that in no way would detract from what a great place it is.

If you’re staying in Tucson this is definitely the place to pick! Steve was an awesome host and readily answered any questions I had. The house was clean and spacious perfect for a bit of a larger group. The backyard was simply gorgeous. The pool/hot tub was awesome and Steve had many pool floats available. Definitely recommend and I would 100% select this property again.

We booked this home for a birthday party celebration and it couldn’t have more perfect! The house was clean, organized, and very spacious. It also is a great location that offers privacy but very close to many stores/food & the freeway. I would definitely stay here again. Finally, Steve is such a considerate host, always a text away & very helpful.

#### Tucson Reunion

Everything needed and more was provided. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The large inflatable pool toys were a huge hit too! A crib and toys were supplied for the baby. The pool is gated and there is a play area. It is a great spot for a multigenerational stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

#### Amazing property close to everything! 

We had an incredible stay with our multi generation family. Our son graduated from U of A and the house was perfect for our small gathering! Very spacious and everything you would think you need is there for you. The backyard is wonderful and we did use both the pool and hot tub. #### Amazing staycation 

Thank you Steve for letting us stay in your beautiful home!! Very cozy, self contained, very clean and spacious great location and nice private area! We had a great time at the pool kids loved it, nice warm jacuzzi, plenty of towels for our big family that’s definitely a plus. Bbq was also a plus to hang out with your family! Will recommend and definitely looking forward to come back in the future!

We took our son and his friends to this property to celebrate his 14th birthday for the weekend. Our stay was fabulous for many reasons! First, the home was clean, clean, clean! This is very important to me since the same cannot be said for some homes we have rented in the past. Also, the home is nicely (and simply) decorated to make it feel like a hotel rather than someone’s home. The backyard is beautiful, and made for some great picture-taking. The air conditioning worked beautifully, (and that means the world to us in August in Tucson)! The light switches, cupboards, and other areas are labeled to make the stay as comfortable and easy to navigate as possible. We didn’t have to spend our time trying out all the switches just to turn on the dining room lights, etc. The smart tvs made it simple for us to add our Netflix, Max, and Disney profiles for easy streaming. The grill looked brand new and worked well. The pool was so much fun with the pool toys and inflatables that were provided (thank you for the sunscreen you set out as well) . The last thing I want to share is how nice it was to have plenty of beach towels, bath towels, trash bags, paper towels, and all other accompaniments that some rental homes provide very little of. Sometimes I feel like a child on an allowance with the dish soap or hand soap, etc. Anyways, thank you Steve for making the weekend so enjoyable and stress free!
