Under the “Amenities-Pool & Spa” section of the listing, it indicates that there is a “hot tub” and “heated pool.” I emailed Kaleb on Friday: “Can you please tell me how to heat the pool and hot tub? Both are cold. Also, how do I turn on the hanging lights in the back? Thank you.” He responded: “Lights are on turned on via a switch I the outback room (key was on the kitchen table) spa heat is not turned on this time of year. We show it has a current temp averaging around 80f.” I responded: “So there’s no heater for the spa? It’s very cold. Therey was no response to that

The house was exactly as advertised. It accommodated our large family of 15 and everyone was comfortable. If there were any issues or we needed assistance, the host was very quick to respond.

#### Wonderful large home

We booked this property to have a graduation party for our first grandchild graduating from college. We had family and friends coming from all over the country. The home is large with lots of room. All the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. We had 14 people staying at the home and a party with about 40 people. We brought 3 folding tables with us and There was plenty of room for Tables to be spread out for serving food. The back years is wonderfully landscaped. We used the bbq grill every night. The home was the perfect setting for us to have this celebration. I messaged the host a few times with questions. He was very accommodating to our needs, responded quickly and was very friendly.

My family, 3 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, 9 grandkids, and myself had a wonderful stay in this spacious home. Easy walking to groceries, short drives to many amenities, easy navigation to multiple attractions. The heated pool was a definite win! Great backyard. Host was very responsive when emailed. The property was ideal for a large/extended family. The actual property was even better than expected from the pictures online. The host was very responsive on some issues around check in, which is the only time there were any issues. overall, a wonderful experience.

#### Beautiful property needs to be maintained.

The property is lovely and has a great location. The property had several maintenance issues; It was difficult to turn on the pool and water was way to cold to swim in until our last day. Some of the blinds in the bedrooms did not open. Door knobs fell off. Bath room doors were locked accidently in the night and required a knife to open. We could not open the door to the 6th bedroom, so were unable to use it. Hall toilet ran all the time. Lights in that bathroom flickered off and on. The property needs some TLC.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was great for our family. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great for what we wanted to do. It would have been nice to have another garbage can - 14 people for a week generates more than one can when there is not recycle. We very much enjoyed our stay at your house.

#### Great Thanksgiving Stay

We enjoyed the house immensely. Even though it was November the kids swam everyay. The outside temperature was in the low 70's every day. Pool was heated. Enough beds for 12 people and plenty of bathrooms. House was great and location was perfect.

We had a good time.There were a couple of Hiccups the bathroom door knob came loose and my dad got stuck on the restroom. The kitchen faucet was not bolted down so real hard to use. Great neighborhood. Pool was cool but so much fun.

Large home with plenty of rooms in a great northern Tucson neighborhood. Family enjoyed our 3 day staycation and took full advantage of the large pool. Would gladly return in the future.

I believe I can speak for everyone in saying that we enjoyed our stay so much at your estate. We had all 6 of our grandchildren there as well as our three kids and was also able to enjoy a small grad party for our son. The kids LOVED the pool. Sitting out there on the deck at night after the kids were all tucked in bed was so peaceful and enjoyable. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

#### Spacious, Comfort and Great Location

We had the absolute time of our lives in this great home!Plenty of room for everyone and so much comfort. Every single bed was so comfortable that we didn't even miss our beds from home. The kitchen was stocked well. My only complaint would be that one trash can I not enough room sor such a big house especially if you are hosting small gatherings. The pool area was great and plenty of room for the dogs to stay happy.

#### Lots of room!

This property was great for our small college competition team to stay in! There were tons of beds and bathrooms, the place was very clean, and all the amenities were as advertised. The location was excellent and quiet, there was a nice plaza right next door for groceries, etc., and the driveway was perfect for our multiple cars. We loved to pool and hot tub, and I especially appreciated the awesome grill! Great place to stay and will use again in the future!

#### Foothill’s Easter weekend getaway

Foothill’s older style house with plenty of room and heated pool. This is house has great location near the southeast corner of Ina & Oracle. This house has plenty of rooms for all to have their own space. We had two families, and my in-laws and still had a room unused. Plenty of parking space and well lit drive way and entrance. I’ve stayed at a lot hotels & VRBOs but this house had the most comfortable beds I have slept in besides my own Tempur-Pedic at home. My kids asked if we could rent this house again when we go school clothes shopping. This location I definitely would recommend!!!

#### Great place to spend time at with a large group

The house was great for a large group. We stayed for three nights and decided to spend time at the property on the last day rather than going back downtown, because the area in back had great views and the pool/hot tub combo was super pleasant. The kitchen was set up very well for prep, cooking, and cleaning with one or two cooks. It was a little tight otherwise. Super convenient to get to grocery stores, and a few good restaurant options within walking distance (limited sidewalks).
