Master bedroom has a California King bed, TV. Bedroom two has two twin beds and bedroom three has an adjustable queen bed. Two living areas with leather couches host two additional TVs. High-speed internet available throughout home. Ping pong table positioned on one side of the garage, and medium-sized car parking potential on the other. Two additional private parking spots outside.
EV (Electric Vehicle ) charging currently available through 240V outlet (bring your vehicle’s adaptors).

Kids: Highchair, Toddler chair, 2 pack'n'plays and an outdoor water table is available for kids upon request

Only guests registered at the time of booking can stay at the home, maximum 6 people. Additional $100 per night per guest fee will be applied for guests arriving and staying at the home after check in and after reservation acceptance.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. One vehicle may be parked in the garage. There is plenty of space for up to 3 vehicles on the large driveway. Overnight parking on the road is not permitted.
Do not leave the garage door open for longer than normal operations of exiting and entering.
Any rule violations will incur a $250 fee.

POOL HEATING: Contact owner to use pool and hot tub heater for additional daily fee ($60 per night in the winter ($30 per night June 1-Sept 1) , to be paid for entire stay, Spa can run for up top 2 hours per day, once a day, any additional hours per request are $10 per hour ) and receive additional instructions on use. Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. Pool and Spa are connected, it takes about 1 hour to heat the Spa to 100degrees, message owner with a 1 hour heads up to have Spa heated up
While owner rigorously maintains the pool and hot tub, high winds can often blow debris into the pool area without notice. (there is a pool cleaning net to use if wanted) Some days after freezing cold nights the pool and hot tub might only reach warm enough temperatures by the afternoon. Heater will not turn on if outrside temperature is below 45 degrees
Temperature of the pool can vary from 72-85 depending on the previous night's temperatures.
In the fall/winter guests will need to roll out the Pool cover on reels during the day when swimming and roll it back for the night to prevent water temperatures to drop too low during the cold nights.
No refunds will be provided for equipment malfunction, or weather-related issues.
Weekly Pool Service is on Tuesdays between 7-9 am, it is advised to not swim til 1 pm on Tuesdays to avoid possible skin irritation.

Pet fee is $40 per day (not per stay). Only non shedding,. non aggressive dogs (under 50 pounds) allowed.
SERVICE ANIMAL RULES: If you are planning on booking with a service animal, please read the Rules/Rental Agreement under House Rules and message me that you agree to the rules and answer the 2 questions stated .
