Private patio with hot tub, private yard and pool (not heated), corner lot, back yard with mountain views. Two living spaces and a dining area off the home's centered kitchen. Amenities include: Internet WiFi and each smart TV in the home is available for entertainment needs, located in main living room, king and queen bedrooms; Washer and Dryer in the home; BBQ outside with propane; swimming towels; essentials in bathrooms and kitchen; beverages included. The reviews scared us at first and we were initially hesitant. I'm so glad we decided to go anyway. Many people commented about the neighborhood not being the greatest, and we laughed when what they were complaining about were neighbor's dead grass lawns (which is probably typical for middle class neighborhoods in Arizona heat). Yes, there are bars on the windows, but this was honestly a quiet neighborhood very close to a military base and Amazon warehouse down the street with close amenities like Walmart and food within reasonable distance. Her home was fully stocked with all condiments, seasonings, snacks, and even meals to cook in the cabinets. Fridge had soft drinks, water, and a full bar (yes, liquor) available to us. There were pool accessories, extra towels, throw blankets, and even hygiene amenities. Our family had the best weekend here! ##### Julissa B.
