Tucked on a quiet street, it’s a short drive to scenic parks and trails, and walkable to downtown Tucson, making it the perfect place to unwind, enjoy morning hikes, and explore the nightlife. The Desert Bungalow is the first-floor portion of the home, offering full access to the private backyard. Welcome to your stylish desert escape in downtown Tucson! This Desert Bungalow features a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom main house. Perfect for families, friends, or groups, the home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Desert Bungalow (first-floor house): \- 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms \- Spacious living room with a L couch or air mattress to sleep 2 additional guests \- Shared laundry room- available upon request only \- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area perfect for cooking and gathering \- Private backyard with a fire pit, water fountain, grill, and \*new\* cowboy pool The entire first-floor home and backyard\*\* are private and are included in your rental. Free street parking is available. Shared laundry room code is available upon request. (Please note that maids may access shared laundry room using a separate entrance.) \*\*THERE IS A SEPARATE SMALL UNIT UPSTAIRS. GUESTS WILL SHARE THE FRONT GATE, FRONT YARD, AND RIGHT SIDE YARD LEADING TO THE UPSTAIRS UNIT.
