To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests, improper use of the hot tub (including the use of oils, soaps, lotions, glass, or excessive sand/dirt) that requires draining and deep cleaning outside of our normal maintenance schedule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $300. The property was very clean and fresh. Nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you could need. The pool and spa were wonderful to have for relaxation. The location was close to hiking, restaurants, and grocery stores. Communication from the property manager, Amber, was top notch. Our family would definitely stay here again. ##### Adam S.
