We loved the area. The veranda was amazing. Sitting out there and in the living room you could believe you were in another world. The condo was well-stocked with towels, sheets, and kitchen necessities. We would definitely rent this place again. After checking, the management company was responsive to our requests. However, there were a few things that could be improved: 1\. Check-in process. I received an email from one person who said I’d get the instructions. That day passed and and I sent a reply. No response. I did get instructions from a different person before we arrived. 2\. The description said there was a king bed. It was a queen. King sheets were ther, but no king bed. 3\. As others noted, when upstairs was occupied it was like elephants tromping around upstairs. Most of the time no one was upstairs. If there had been, I’m not sure it would have been a pleasant stay. 4\. The condo was well- to over-stocked. The closets were so full we had to move quite a few things to the other bedroom to have room for our things in the master closet.
