Do not take white bath towels to the pool. House must be broom swept/vacuumed at checkout, dishes placed in dishwasher and turned on. Empty all food and drink even un opened items along with all trash Please have all trash in large dumpsters around the community at checkout. No designated parking spots. 1 parking spot per guest reservation, additional parking is allowed for day guests, not overnight stays. Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.
