The backyard is gated and has a nice table and a grill. Neighborhood was fine and we had a good time at the Wooden Nickel for a quick visit down the street- got some wings and played pool. The distance from the house to the university and a grocery store couldn’t have been better. The house is cute and fulfilled our needs. It appears to have recently been renovated. The backyard is large and secure. The walls are high all around offering a sense of privacy from neighbors. The neighborhood is rough and a bit rundown. The area has certainly seen better days. Despite this, I felt completely safe. It’s a quiet area which was nice. I loved the layout of the house. The indoor decor was nice. The neighborhood is safe. straight middle class neighborhood with similar houses and families. I ran in the early morning hours and felt safe. There is a large park/zoo about 1.25 miles away and running around that loop and back to house is about 5 miles. house is super secure and great fenced in back yard for privacy.
