We had a wonderful stay at this home and would definitely book it again. The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The check-in process was easy, and the host was responsive and welcoming.The pool was one of our favorite features—it was refreshing, and a great place to unwind each day. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings especially enjoyable.The location was peaceful yet convenient to nearby attractions, making it the perfect home base for our trip. The house was great. The only time we needed to contact the host was to get the hot tub jets turned on and they responded immediately. I highly recommend this property.

What a great property to spend 3 days with your family! King size beds, heated pool and spa, game room, beautiful views of Tucson and an attentive owner. If we return to Tucson, this property is at the top of our list.

Great place to stay in Tucson

Our family enjoyed our time together in this clean, comfortable, and contemporary-styled home. The outdoor pool and hot tub provided hours of enjoyment for the grandkids and adults. Host Daniel responded promptly to all our needs. I would rent this property again if our family returns to the area.

Very Comfortable home for Family Gathering!

Spacious, clean and comfortable! Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, basketball hoops and games provided. Fabulous location in the Catalina foothills, near great grocery stores, restaurants, resorts, golf and and hiking! Daniel and Darren were extremely responsive and helpful with our questions and requests! There are neighbors located close by, but for the most part our kids kept the noise down and I guess nobody was bothered by our large group. An outdoor dining table would be a nice addition in the future. We hope to come back next year!

The host was welcoming and helpful. The house and location/view is amazing! However, we are only able to give it 4 stars because there were several issues that we had. The refrigerator ice maker and filtered water were not working at all. Because of this, our group had to do multiple 'ice runs' to the local Safeway. This alone was not a big deal. We prepaid for 3 days of heating the pool and hot tub. However, on the morning of our last full day, the heater for the pool and hot tub completely stopped working. We contacted the host about this issue (at about noon, and he had a pool tech come and look at it, which proceeded to take several hours to arrive, investigate, and come back, with no success at fixing the issue. They determined It could not be repaired until the next day (when we were leaving). The host thanked us for our patience and provided the healing refund for that day, which was the minimum that could be expected. Given the time and energy from handling the multiple issues, one might expect that he may offer a refund for another day of the 3 days paid (100/day) to heat the pool and hot tub (or at least a partial refund). Another thing that you should know is that the person who books the stay will have to be in contact with the host regularly to even turn on the heater. So even before the above issues, i had to message the host prior to being able to use the prepaid, heated, pool and hot tub. It was a bit of a pain to be honest.
