« Nous avons choisi la formule 2j/1n et nous avons adoré avec ma femme. Le service était parfait, un grand merci à Lucas qui s’est occupé de nous pendant ces 24h de croisière. Nous avions réservé la suite Présidentielle et elle était juste magnifique avec une vue à 180 degrés à l’avant du bateau, un gigantesque balcon avec jacuzzi privé. Quant à la nourriture, elle était très bonne et copieuse. Bref, c’était incroyable et nous en avons pris pleins les yeux. Merci encore à l’équipage de l’Erina...

"Tout était impeccable et le personnel était sympathique, aimable, dévoué et très aidant. En particulier, j’aimerais souligner l’aide inestimable de Quang (et de son équipe). Il a été très proactif pour nous aider avec quelques soucis que nous avons eus concernant des excursions et un moyen de transport pour sortir de l’île. Il était en mode solution et il nous a assistés en nous proposant diverses alternatives dans ces dossiers qui n’étaient pas en lien avec l’hôtel comme tel. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a été vraiment chic, souriant et très aimable, tout autant au restaurant du buffet déjeuner, au restaurant Sea La Vie et à la réception. Un grand merci pour avoir fait de notre séjour au Flamingo Cat Ba un souvenir inoubliable."

"Mon séjour à l’hôtel À La Carte Ha Long a malheureusement été très décevant. Malgré une vue magnifique sur la baie et un établissement en bon état, de nombreux problèmes ont gâché l’expérience. D’abord, les informations concernant les horaires de la piscine et des bars sont fausses ou incohérentes. On se retrouve à descendre pour profiter des services, pour finalement découvrir qu’ils sont fermés alors que les horaires affichés indiquent le contraire. La communication avec l’ensemble du personnel a aussi été extrêmement compliquée. Très peu semblent comprendre les demandes de base, ce qui rend chaque interaction frustrante. À plusieurs reprises, j’ai eu l’impression que certaines personnes du staff étaient littéralement lassées ou agacées de devoir nous répondre. Autre point très désagréable : les innombrables checkpoints. Il faut montrer sa carte de chambre absolument partout — piscine, ascenseurs, spa, restaurants — donnant l’impression d’être constamment surveillé plutôt que détendu. J’ai également rencontré un problème avec ma réduction liée à mon statut. Elle n’a pas été appliquée, et j’ai dû faire plusieurs allers-retours entre le spa et l’accueil. Même en expliquant clairement la situation, la réception ne m’a pas cru et a mis beaucoup de temps à régler le problème. En résumé, l’hôtel est vendu comme un lieu de détente, mais les contraintes, les problèmes d’organisation et le manque de professionnalisme du personnel rendent le séjour stressant plutôt qu’agréable. "
