There was more space than we knew what to do with, it was so perfect for our group. Very comfortable gathering areas in many locations of the home. The house is for sale and feels a bit tired. Make sure you look at the floor plans to make sure the room sizes, locations and bathroom connections work for your group. We had some disappointed parent couples although the young adult children were all fine- many shared bathroom and bunk accommodations.
