Located just a short walk from the Village gondola and nestled below the iconic ice skating rink, you'll be steps away from shopping, dining, entertainment, and even a Starbucks to kick off your day. The location can't be beat—close to the slopes in winter and perfectly positioned for summer fun. As a guest, you'll have access to the Northstar Recreation Center for a small daily fee ($10 per person), where you can enjoy multiple outdoor hot tubs, a large fitness center, game room with pool tables and air hockey, and a kid-friendly atmosphere. The location was fantastic - could walk to everything in Northstar village, and the convenience store is just steps from the front door of the lodge. 15 min to Truckee and 15 min to the lake! Parking was excellent. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, wifi worked well, and the A/C was a huge plus for us in the summer! The cleanliness was not perfect - there were nasty dirty rags on the kitchen counter when we arrived (presumably forgotten by the cleaning crew) and some hairs scattered around the bathroom.
