Skiing at local resorts, shopping and dining in historic downtown Truckee, or hiking and biking on world class trails are all out your back door. Cozy up next to the fireplace or relax in the hot tub after a long day of adventures. Or just enjoy and play in the snow outside your front door. This one of a kind property backs up to 6 acres of undeveloped land with Donner Creek running through it. The cabin allows plenty of privacy while still being conveniently located within walking distance to a neighborhood cafe. A super quiet neighborhood less than a half mile from Donner Lake with hiking trails all around. Couldn’t have enjoyed a better weekend anywhere else. Can’t wait to come back! ##### Robert P.
