As a very special added bonus, guests have access to the Langosta Beach Club, which offers beachfront amenities just minutes away. The beachclub offers a pool with an ocean view, beachfront dining and lounging, a full bar and restaurant with waiter service, poolside cabanas (by reservation), surf lessons, gym and spa services.

Guests have full private access to the main house, private casita, tropical yard, patio, and plunge pool. You also have access within the Punta San Francisco community via four pedestrian gates with direct access to Playa Langosta, Playa Tamarindo, and `The Point`. Although this property is in very close distance to all amenities of town, a golf cart or car rental is recommended. Golf carts are the most fun way to explore the area! We are happy to help assist with a rental. Inquire within for rental availability.

Please note that garden and pool maintenance are scheduled and authorized to be on the property twice a week so this is to be expected. And to ensure your gorgeous views remain tidy!

- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
