"This was a terrible place. I don't recommend it at all especially if travelling with minors. The hotel failed to communicate that they were cleaning the pool with chemicals. There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us. "La habitación está súper bien, amplia y tiene todas las comodidades, aunque si estaría mejor que ya incluyera el mini refrigerador. La limpieza solo la hicieron por encimita porque en la entrada y el baño de la habitación 715 había acerrin de la puerta que las termitas se están comiendo. De ahí en fuera todo está bien, nos gustó la vista, la piscina, la comida podrían mejorar un poco pero vale la pena hospedarse en Krystal. El restaurante Bogart’s 10 de 10"

"The rooms are nice but if you have a mobility issue be careful there’s a lot of stairs. They do have a shuttle that can take up all the way to top but there’s still a lot of stairs to take to the actual room. The beach near by is beautiful and we were in in all day long didn’t go to the pool at all."

"The staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, can't complain there. The only thing that I would have wanted would have been a greater variety of food at the buffet restaurant other than that the Views were amazing from my room. Overall I had a very good experience at this resort. The activities at the pool were a lot of fun as well. One Last thing, if you are planning on a relaxing stay, this might not be the hotel for you, we stayed Friday through Monday and every night there was Disco Club night so there was music playing until 12 midnight and the next day, Saturday, until 1 am. I was traveling with my elderly parents so this was something we didn't like."
