"The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating the hotel was also a good price. I didn't like that the breakfast area was closed except during breakfast hours. It's nice to have somewhere to sit and/or eat meals of your own outside of the room. The dining area was also super small, but it sounds like they are working on expanding that. The pool was nice "

"The hallways still have "new carpet" smell. My room was spotless, including the bathroom with its shiny white bathtub. The attendant at breakfast was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and parking was convenient. If you enjoy Holiday Inn Express, you will love this brand new hotel. Tip: Ask for a room facing NW Mullholland Drive (instead of I-5) if road noise bothers you. "
