« Un hôtel très surprenant dans ce coin magnifique du pays de Galles. Le décor de l'hôtel est absolument extraordinaire (au sens étymologique du terme), d'une modernité incroyable et d'un confort dans tous les détails, détails "design" qui parfois sont au rebours de bon sens. Une sorte de fantasme d'architecte, jusqu'au plus petit détail. Demeure que ce niveau de design n'est pas forcément le type d'environnement cosy et infiniment plus chaleureux que le client peut attendre dans un environnement...

« A lovely old-fashioned hotel in a stunning setting. Comfortable, clean, cozy. On arrival we were surprised to find nobody there even though we'd waited for reception opening time. Our keys were in a plastic bag pinned to a cork board. Explanations were confusing. Breakfast was an epic adventure. The gas stove had broken down and a tremendous effort was made by staff to provide us with a very good Welsh breakfast that was well worth waiting nearly an hour for. The lady who waited on us was very...

Par contre la literie avec des matelas à ressorts et des lits pour deux assez étroits, par rapport à ce qui se fait pour ce prix, ce n'est pas acceptable. On a signalé qu'on avait mal dormi quand on nous a demandé si tout allait bien, sans plus de considération. Pour dîner, prévoir 2h de service. L'espace piscine est vieillissant. »

"Le séjour a été ok. Réception correcte mais très peu aidante. Souriante mais réponses inutiles aux questions. On vous suggérera de prendre un taxi si vous cherchez un endroit car "c'est plus facile". A noter que les lits ne sont pas faits tous les jours car ils ne sont faits que lorsque le draps sont changés. Les femmes de ménage ne touchent pas aux affaires personnelles, ce qui s'étend visiblement au sol. Rideaux un peu abîmés, j'étais réveillée par le soleil le matin...A noter également que la piscine est 10 livres par entrée et non par jour comme indiqué sur expedia"
