Isolated while being close to the beaches, this bright and functional house offers exceptional sea views on each floor and in the 3 bedrooms. House fully refurbished by an architect in one of the most beautiful places of Britany. Isolated while being close to beaches, this house has an optimal design and offers exceptional sea views on each floor and on each rooms (more english text? see below) A cozy nest, we have designed this holiday home for optimal comfort during your stay. You will enjoy the sea at all times, especially with the bay window over the entire length of the living room. At high tide, the effect is striking! You will have access to all of the rooms in the accommodation. Due to its configuration, this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility We live barely 15 minutes from Trélévern and we will of course be available if necessary for our travelers. We leave you phone number and email to contact us if necessary. In the rare cases where we are not there, we will always have a trusted person who can intervene. This isolated peninsula was once destined to become a Marina ... Two witness houses were built, including ours, then the Littoral Law prohibited any new construction. You will thus benefit from an optimal tranquility with very few cars which can have access to this place. This is my shore fishing corner, the record for the year: 5 large lobsters for a total of almost 3 kilos. I can give you information without any problem, and if you ever have the chance to come during the high tides, you could be lucky! Otherwise, even without a high tide, it is possible to fish periwinkles very easily at low tide, I will indicate the location if you wish. On entering the house you are welcomed by great interior architecture and design, with light flooding the whole house. Then you see the spectacular view of the sea. Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la cote de granit rose. nous avons pu sillonné les marchés du coin et nous régaler des produits de la région. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité et l'équipement de la maison sont très bons. La literie et le wifi étaient notamment excellents. Nous avons été enchantés de cette maison , où tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien! La vue est superbe, la maison très fonctionnelle et parfaitement coordonné. Beaucoup de plaisir également à séjourner dans cet appartement en tout point conforme aux photos. Appartement très lumineux, très joliment agencé et très fonctionnel mais surtout appartement qui bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle dont on ne se lasse pas. À marée haute on a le sentiment d'être dans un bateau, c'est magique. Communication facile et très agréable avec Aurélien, le propriétaire de l'appartement. Si vous avez l'occasion d'aller dans cette région, n'hésitez surtout pas à séjourner dans cet appartement. ##### Frédérique B. Au moment de la pleine mer nous avions vraiment l'impression d'être à bord d'un bateau tant la vue sur mer est impressionnante. Maison de tout confort à recommander.
