"What a great location! Perfect balcony views over the lake and the 9th hole of the Calusa Country Club Golf course! Unit was well equipped and Host was easy to work with! "

"What a lovely, clean and well appointed rental! We rented this home as it was close to Bradenton Motorsports Park as well as a 45 minute drive to the beaches in Sarasota.The hosts provided thick thirsty towels, a kitchen with new appliances that worked well and had many dishes, pots and pans as well as bowls to prepare great meals. A nice Kerig with coffee pods is provided and filtered water from the sink or refrigerator tasted good. The beds were comfortable, the only thing I would suggest you bring is a pillow as the pillows were not the greatest. The screened in porch is a nice addition although it was too cool while we were there to enjoy our morning coffee in it. The backyard is huge and great to fly a kite in. It is so quiet and peaceful at night, so a good night sleep is well deserved after a day sightseeing or at the beach. My granddaughters enjoyed seeing the horses at the back fence too!"

"The communication with the managing agent was not great. We got a message that we needed to give a carpet cleaning company access after day 2 (clearly from previous stay) and requested an alternative day to the one suggested and never heard back. "

"So many things about the unit were lovely. However, the carpets are very tired and need to be either replaced or flooring needs to be put in. Also, there were no tall glasses in the cabinets and a very limited amount of drinking cups. We actually had to buy some on our own. There should be instructions on how to use the TV as we struggled with it for days.. In addition, there were no hangers in any of the closets, we asked for hangers, and once we got hangers, we found about 50 of them in the laundry room. They should've all been in the closet and not in the Laundry cabinet. Otherwise, the place was great, the couch was comfortable, and the beds were comfortable as well. I think there's a little problem with the bedside lamps as they both flicker a lot. Perhaps it's simply that a new lightbulb is needed. We enjoyed our stay and thank you for your hospitality."

"Anna and Gary are fantastic hosts! They gave us easy directions for getting checked into Lakewood National to be able to use all of the amenities available in this gated community. The condo was in excellent condition and was perfect for our stay. Lakewood National is a golfer's paradise."

"The views from the lanai are terrific - both sunrise & sunset! The location in Lakewood Ranch is terrific with great access to shopping & dining. Also, close enough to Sarasota, St Petersburg & Tampa for day trips. The condo is nicely appointed and cared for. The leasing experience was super easy."
