140m2 house (1 floor) completely renovated in 2019, bright and warm, facing South / South West. The house is located on the heights of Trébeurden, in a very quiet area day and night, close to shops and beaches (5 mins by car, 20 mins on foot). 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), living room, dining room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 wc. A large lawn and hydrangea garden (950 m2 of land), closed by a fence and a hedge of pipes, overlooks a small, uncrowded path (children can play safely). A weeping willow tree provides pleasant shade for lunch outside. You can also sunbathe out of sight. An outside water point allows you to easily rinse swimsuits and equipment when you return from the beach. A garage with sink shelters washing machine, dryer and accommodates all your equipment of beach or fishing ... Tranquility and serenity guaranteed for your holidays!

Short stay in Trébeurden

We stayed at Maryse’s lovely house in Trébeurden for two nights. We cycled from Lannion to explore the pink granite coast. The house has a large garage ideal for storing bikes. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of hot water, which was appreciated after a long cycle. The beds are comfortable and the house is set in beautiful gardens. I would recommend staying here it’s a quiet location and close to beaches and town, we had a lovely stay thank you.

Wir haben diesen Sommer das Ferienhaus in Trébeurden gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung im Inserat, war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin erfolgte unkompliziert per Telefon, die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Wir hatten vorab Bettwäsche bestellt, allerdings waren die Betten bei Ankunft nicht bezogen. Bettwäsche war vorhanden, und für diese kleine Unannehmlichkeit wurde uns die Gebühr komplett erlassen – absolut fair und klasse! Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Super séjour dans un maison typiquement bretonne avec un joli jardin, dans un village sur les hauteurs de Trebeurden, on pouvait voir de superbes couchers de soleil sur la mer un peu plus haut sur la rue. SUperbement situé pour découvrir toute la richesses de la région de la cote de granite rose. Maison parfaitement équipée, et proppriétaire facilement joignable pour conseils et réponses aux questions. Un coup de coeur !

Ruhiges schönes Feriendomizil

Insgesamt sehr angenehm. Schöner Garten, sehr ruhige Lage, im Nebentrakt mit Schiebetür und Rollo gute Unterstellmöglichkeiten für zB (e)Fahrräder oder Surfbretter/Kajaks, guter Standort für nahe und ausgedehnte Radtouren und sonstige Ausflüge, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schöner Hafen mit 2 tollen Badestrände gleich nebenan plus in der Region. Haus gut ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber und bis auf die Küche gut renoviert. Dort leichtes Feuchtigkeitsproblem in den Unterschränken, was mit Luftentfeuchter bekämpft wird. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci, Elke&Thomas

Geschmackvolles breton. Haus

Die Übergabe erfolgte zwar nicht persönlich, war aber bestens organisiert mit zweisprachiger Broschüre zur Hauseinweisung und Umgebung. Das ließ keine Fragen offen. Gemütliche Küche, mit zu benutzenden Vorräten, was das Ankunftswochenende /Grundausstattung sehr erleichtert. Sehr angenehmes Prinzip!! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Vermieterin ist eine talentierte Malerin. Das Haus ist mit ihren schönen (Landschafts-) Gemälden dekoriert. Sehr ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Möglichkeit der Gartennutzung ( Liegestühle/Grill). Mit dem Rad ca 5 min in den Stadtkern/ 6 min zum Strand.( Rückweg bergauf, Minutenzuschlag je nach Kondition;-)). Die Vermieterin war jederzeit kontaktierbar, rasche Reaktion auf E-Mail, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Superschönes, einladend eingerichtetes Logis zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

Avec mes 2 ados, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est grande, agréable, bien située, dans un environnement très calme. La maison est très bien équipée et les serviettes, draps sont disponibles. Trebeurden est une belle petite ville (port, plage, îles...) et bien située, car on se rend assez facilement sur les beaux sites à visiter : île grande, Trégastel, ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirec Je recommande

Havre de calme et de charme

Ker Monique offre un cadre idéal pour des vacances réussies: une maison à la décoration soignée et personnelle, un jardin où passer de bons moments. Elle est par ailleurs très bien entretenue et équipée; il ne manque rien. Maryse nous a toujours fourni des réponses détaillées à nos questions. Nous y retournerions volontiers.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Garten und ruhiger top Lage. Im Ort ist alles was benötigt wird vorhanden - Bäcker, Supermarkt, Frisör, Post, Restaurants, usw.. Wir werden sicher wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Traumhäuschen unweit der Granitküste

Noch schöner als erwartet! Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt in unserer allerersten Woche in der Nordbretagne. Ein blitzsauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, bot uns in ruhiger Lage die beste Voraussetzung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wege zur traumhaft schönen Granitküste waren kurz und wir konnten die beeindruckenden Ausblicke auf einigen Wanderungen ausgiebig genießen. Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Maryse und lieber Jean. Très satisfaits !!

Maison très confortable et bien équipée, tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Située dans un endroit calme, mais proche de tous les sites touristiques de la côte de granit rose, ainsi que des commerces: Intermarché à 5 min en voiture, excellente boulangerie (La Trébeurdine) et marché de Trébeurden (le mardi) à 15min à pied. Merci pour la mise à disposition des jeux de société. Une bonne adresse!
