Wooden extension added in 2010\. Recently renovated, the house is modern and spacious. You will be charmed by its brightness and its layout. A living room of 70m² and 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people. Located in a dead calm, it is close to the village of shops and 1 km from the beaches. Enclosed garden, equipped for outdoor dining. Eine privat durchgeführte Behandlung mit Insektiziden führte zu mäßigem Erfolg. Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war unangenehm, da wir zahlreiche Flohbisse « kassierten ». Die Vermieterin hat einen professionellen Kammerjäger für Montag bestellt. Der sagte kurzfristig ab. Die Behandlung durch den Kammerjäger fand dann am Mittwoch statt. Anschließend mussten wir zweimal täglich das ganze Haus staubsaugen, um die zahlreichen verendeten Flöhe und andere Insekten zu beseitigen. Wenigstens gab es danach weniger Flohbisse. Die Vermieterin hatte uns zwar « großzügig » die Stornierung unseres Aufenthalts angeboten. Das hätte für uns jedoch bedeutet, unseren Jahresurlaub abzubrechen. Vor Ort war so kurzfristig keine andere Unterkunft für 6 Personen zu finden. Und die Kosten für die An- und Abreise hätte uns niemand ersetzt. Sie hat uns gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts dann einen Rabatt in Höhe von 25% angeboten und 800€ überwiesen. Wir hatten für den Aufenthalt etwas über 4000€ bezahlt. 25% davon wären abgerundet 1000€ gewesen. Selbst wenn wir den reinen Mietpreis zugrunde gelegt hätten, hätte sie uns rund 900€ erstatten müssen. Ich hatte ihr dazu noch eine Nachricht geschrieben - auf die sie einfach nicht mehr geantwortet hat. Ich finde dieses Verhalten nicht in Ordnung. A 2 familles avec des ados l espace de la maison est idéal, on ne se marche pas dessus le salon véranda est juste magnifique et permet de profiter un maximum même quand la meteo n est pas au top. La situation dans le village est très bien, on peut aller à la plage, au marché a pieds...et surtout ne ratez pas le coucher de soleil a la pointe de bihit...c est splendide ! Que dire de la région...la cote de granit rose c est magique ! Valérie et Isabelle sont accueillantes et présentes par téléphone ou sur place si besoin Seul petit bémol, la propreté des SDB n etaient pas au top...la douche de l etage n est pas de première jeunesse et la porte a du mal a fermer. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. La maison est très confortable. Mes enfants qui ont 10 et 6 ans ont apprécié jouer avec tous les jouets et jeux de société à leur disposition, ainsi que le trampoline. Tous les commerces sont à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. C’est appréciable également de disposer du lave vaisselle et de la machine à laver. Nous avons passé des soirées très sympas dans le salon à côté du poêle à bois. Aug 6, 2015 #### We did it, in first. Nous avons passés une semaine à deux couples et quatre enfants. L'accueil de Martine et Isabelle a été des plus chaleureux. La maison est propre, très bien aménagée (beaucoup d'espace pour nous huit) et décorée (beaux matériaux), calme, très bien située pour commerce, plage, ... et surtout extrêmement agréable à vivre. ##### Bourdeau A.
