Great fishing, boating, water sports. Private dock for your convenience. Beautiful sandy beach. House has a nice deck looking at the water with beautiful sunsets. Back bedroom sleeps 5 and has AC. Only 45 minutes to Traverse City and 30 minutes to Turtle Creek casino. Canoe liveries only minutes away. BBQ grill for your use, fire pit, picnic table. House will sleep 9\. We also have a pontoon boat available to rent on site and have kayaks and a paddle board that we offer. There is also a private raft. We knew that the place would be rustic but were still surprised. The kitchen was very small and not clean. The bathroom is also extremely small and the shower is elevated which makes it difficult for taller people to shower. Overall cleanliness was not great. The place does not have air conditioning (except for the room with bunk beds) and the weather was very hot for the first part of our stay and it was uncomfortable. He was there to greet us when we arrived and even offered to help us unload our truck. The house was old, but comfy. The beach was great and the water clean and clear. Dock was long enough to reach the deep water, so no worries. And the public launch is six houses away. Gas grill was available for use as well as a fire pit. ##### James M. The sand beach is perfect and lots of lawn furniture and water toys are included. It was very nice to have a long dock and the public boat launch is close by which was very convenient.
