Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.
☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆ This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out—we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. Super cozy and clean, with a view that can't be beat. Close enough to downtown if that's your scene, but just far enough away if you just need to relax. We will stay here again.
Noisy, and lots of smokers.If you want a quiet Lake Michigan stay this area is not quiet as it is on the highway.Also, there are cigarette and pot smokers in the other condos.
We had a great time visiting Traverse City and the amazingly beautiful wineries. It was also very nice to relax at the beach when we were looking for some downtime. This property is a nicely appointed - small but perfect for 2 people. The owners were very proactive with communication to make sure our stay was going well.
Condo was updated, well decorated, and clean. Everything was provided (well stocked kitchen, bath, bedroom). Felt like our own beachfront condo! Very close to water, great view, and private. It even has patio furniture and a fireplace for chilly days! We will definitely come back and will recommend this place to our friends!
Our stay was perfect in every way! The condo was immaculate and professionally decorated. Our deck opened right out on the Lake shore. The hosts thought of absolutely everything!!! My husband enjoyed reading the books on the deck and I enjoyed putting together the puzzle. The fireplace was handy on cool days. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. Thanks for helping rejuvenate us!
The unit is perfectly as described, clean and well kept. Owners frequently texted to make sure everything was going well and if there was anything we needed.
Spent much time on the patio both in the morning for coffee and evening as the sun was setting. Through the week there wasn't many others around so it couldn't have been more relaxing.
Would definitely go back and would recommend staying here. So nice to walk directly onto the beach from the condo.

Once we and Bob, site management specialist, figured out that it takes two remotes to operate the tv, everything went smoothly after that.However, the unit is old and little to none remodeling done. The furniture is also old and very uncomfortable especially the couch and chair, except for the bed. The deck was dirty as well as the cushions on the patio furniture. We have decided to book another unit here which hopefully will make our stay in Traverse City more enjoyable and especially a lot more comfortable while we are at the condo.
This cute little condo is just as the photos show. Clean and simple design with everything that you need for a perfect stay. We loved having the beach just steps away and enjoyed the company of sea gulls and ducks alike. The location allows easy access to explore the area. We hiked the Empire Bluff Trail and saw impressive views of the Sleeping Bear Dunes. We stopped in "Fishtown" and had lunch at the Cove. Delicious. We drove up the east coast and stopped in Petoskey's vibrant downtown before driving the Tunnel of Trees. Every day, we looked forward to returning to the condo, sitting on the porch, and watching the lake. This was a perfect get-away for us.
