Stated for the weekend and enjoyed the quietness this cabin provided. There are two other cabins on the road and visible but would prove to still be quiet should they all be full. The views were incredible, the house was cozy, and the hot tub was an added treat. I loved that Stone Mountain was just around the corner and we could take advantage of some great trails. Elkin was a cute town 20 minutes from the cabin where we found a dog friendly restaurant (Angry trolls downstair location) and great food. We did cook a few meals at the cabin and I recommend bringing tongs and charcoal for the charcoal grill, a few spatuals for cooking on the induction stoves, and foil for the toaster oven. The cabin was spotless. The posting is very clear about the stink bugs - but they arent that bad. We left the kitchen light on when we were watching TV and the bugs just gravitated to the light. They were mostly gone in the morning.
