"Everything was wonderful good location, convenient parking, clean, and very spadeful. the only things that need improvement are the carpets and the mattress which was leaning and not straight I did complain and seems they were aware of that. I hope they will replace them with new one."

The location is great, slightly away from Bran town centre yet within walking distance of Bran Castle, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing and the views are breathtaking. We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. This was the 13th of February 2020. We had to immediately book another hotel elsewhere. "
