The breakfast was good and my family had a good stay. The only thing is that I saw some rice grains and food crumbs on the carpet. Maybe the housekeeper missed to vacuum some parts of the room.

The rooms were very nice as were the staff that worked there. I was a little surprised that the rooms weren't cleaned everyday that we were there but that was just a minor detail. Overall the experience was very good although the high price of the rooms could have been better if the cost was a little less. Other than that everything was very good!

At first glance, Crandell Mountain Lodge looks a bit sad. The deck needs painting, and the entry areas need refurbishing, however, the rooms we saw have been renovated. I didn't realize when I made my booking that the bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom (this is the case in every Unit) We were a group of 2 couples, and this lay-out did not work for us, so one couple had to pay for an additional room.
We were in Unit 7, which had 2 bedrooms, but the queen bedroom attached to the bathroom was so small it was a tight squeeze for an average size adult to get around the foot and side of the bed - that room was really only suitable for one adult or child. When we expressed our disappointment to the Management that the descriptions of their rooms don't indicate that the bathrooms are all en-suite, they obviously cared about our experience and wanted to make it right.
