poor room service
No one cleaned the room and changing towels, etc.. the whole day at the end of the day when we back and asked them they said we need to inform first that we need it to be cleaned!!! they have a very poor room service

Fantastic stay
Amazing experience of staying here. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was rich and tasty. And the reception lady and people who work in the hotel are really hospital and friendly. I feel welcomed and warm of staying there.

This hotel has a very good location and also the staf this hotel were polite and friendly.we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. If we come Trabzon city again we will definiely stay at the Azra hotel. Thanks to the Azra hotel management

Really bad experience
I dont know how this hotel has such good rating. The rooms are very tight. And beds are adjacent to toilets. Forget about us using the washroom toilet even if the upper room or side rooms would use toilets we would hear loud noise. We were hearing noises all the time. Could not sleep. Bad breakfast on roof top. The only thing that was good was the roof top view. Also i left my mobile charger there and when i called them back to inquire, they said no one found any charger in your room. Also the cupboard was broken and lying on ground when we entered the room. They didnt even made effort pick it up and put it inside. Very disappointing 😞

That was a nice stay with helpful staff. The only problem is that the wall between suites are narrow and we could hear noise from or beside room.

Cheap price. Very good breakfast. Very clean. Helpful and kind reception. Last floor is for breakfast serving. It has Unbelievable black sea three sided view. I really got surprised with this hotel. Mini buses to city center passes every 5 min in front of hotel. I surely will be back to there next time in Trabzon.

Fantastisch hotel
Fantastisch hotel, pracht ligging en uitzicht over de stad, heerlijk ontbijt veel keus en zeer smaakvol, met mooi uitzicht op de zee, mooie erg nette kamer, tuintje om iets te drinken, bijzonder vriendelijke medewerkers, ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf en in Trabzon ga ik vanaf nu alleen hier boeken.
