I didn like it
Over rated hotel and i dont recommend it. The mattress was very old and cause etching for me and my kids , rooms very small. They need to reinvented the rooms and keep it more clean

The hotel was nice.. quite.. with its own parking..not to mention the very good staff..and the best part is their room its beautiful with nice big bed like honeymoon style.. i highly recommend stay their if u are in trabzon..bonus part..just 3 mins from airport..

I had booked in this hotel for two nights. The payed amount worth much better place. The room suposed to have a sea view and I was surprised with a hug place for paying football infront of the hotel and that was so noisy and unacceptable I couldnt sleep until midnight. Second, there were some lights in the room need to be fixed, no bed side lights. and the shower doesnt have a door. No Electric kettle,cups , tea and glasses were in the room and I call the reciption to provide me with more toels, tissues and soaps. The next day I was surprised that no one cleaned the room while I went out and I called the reciption and knew that cleaners left and no one can clean tbe room. The balconcy has two airconditions in the floor and they were so noisy that you cant sit outside. Drawers were not clean and I found bags and masks from people who were in the room before. Which means no one clean it. I found a shaving razor in the toilet. Water is so cold in the toilet to wash your face. No coffee or nesscafe in the morning until 8:00 am so staff cant help until the kitchen is open. I dont recommend the hotel and really feel upset of booking here.

Hotel ist nicht an der von Expedia angegebenen Adresse gewesen! Hotel sauber und gepflegt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung nichts besonderes.

Hotel door entrance was from back side so many taxi drivers cant find adress. Hot water hot working all time . AC need maintenance. Room security not good any one can open from outside and get inside the roo. Jast the personal and location are good.

Otele rezervasyon yaptık.. ödemeyi otelde yapacağızı işaretledik.. ama otele gidemedik.. bunlar da parayı bir güzel kredi kartından çekmişler.. kalmadığım odanın parasını almışlar.. resmen dolandırıcılar.. aradığımız takdirde muhattap bulamıyoruz.. uzak durun sakın tercih etmeyin.. resmen paranın üzerine yattılar..

Odamızın lavabosu tıkalı evyesi bozuktu. Teras balkon kapısı kapanmıyordu. Bence odaların genel bir elden geçirilmesine ihtiyaç var. Çarşaf ve havlular temiz kahvaltı tatminkardı.
