Wow what a wonderful place! We had a room with a private onsen on the balcony and it was well worth it. We stayed here as a part of a longer Japan trip and appreciated being so well taken care of, from the exemplary service to the traditional and carefully prepared Japanese meals. The views from the room were breathtaking and made for an extra-relaxing weekend. We felt fully immersed in Japanese culture from the tea to the yukata, and we felt welcomed despite being the only North Americans there...

Top end hotel and resonably priced. Club floor excellent. Chair massage available. Free drinks. Courteous service. Would recommend the hotel to others.

Very good hotel

Great experience overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The room was surprisingly spacious for Japan, clean, and comfortable. It’s a short walk from the main station and close to plenty of restaurants and nightlife. The free happy hour drinks are a great touch. Definitely recommend and would gladly stay here again.

The property was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that check-in is on the second floor without an elevator till you check-in. Would stay here again!

Second time back this month, and impressed. I expected to feel something amiss but everything was great, from the room, the washroom, bed and quietness. This time we took the breakfast as well and it was quite the variety. Definitely worth coming here.
