Fantastic stay - cannot fault whatsoever. Every single member of staff was lovely, room was clean, dining options were incredible (I had room service both nights and was massively impressed both times!). Pool area, gym and day spa all lovely too. Can’t wait to come back!

I have stayed at the Ville quite a few times and have always loved it. I found this stay to be lacking. The staff were average the facilities were presented like they were on a budget. For $480 a night I would expect a couple of bottles of water in the room but sadly none. The Valet's were the worst did not go out of thier way at all to accommodate any requests.

Lovely pool area, but accommodation disappointing
Bit disappointed, definitely not 5* accommodation. Room was in need of refurbishment. Pool area beautiful but too busy with the day-pass visitors, not enough seating and no towels. Lovely dining areas, Miss Songs Asian restaurant was fabulous. Quiet despite being part of the casino. Bar and dining staff were great and helpful.

the music was way to loud we could hear it from the 17th floor and all you could hear was doof doof doof when i rang and asked could they get it turned down a bit i was told NO so no was not happy with our stay

The Ville Resort is lovely, great for family... The pool area is fantastic. Hotel staff were average, hit and miss. You might get someone who is very helpful and friendly or quite the opposite. What I didn't like - Check in is from 2PM, we arrived at 3PM. Our room wasn't quite ready, we had to wait for at least 40mins or so until our room was available.

We experienced very poor room service for our in room dining which reception commented they had received complaints concerning this. Once I had checked out I received a phone call telling me that my debit card would not work and had to go back to reception where I found they were trying to bill someone else’s card so overall I would cross this hotel right off my list, never to try a stay there again.

We had an issue with a broken bed that took 2 nights to resolve. We also had to ask for towels every day. The restaurants, location, pool and facilities were top notch and would recommend. It’s a shame it took so long to fix/swap out the broken bed and No compensation was offered for the sleepless nights.

The only thing I could really say was our dinner was not hot it was warm , it was only that we were tired that I didn’t send it back . But other than that everyone was friendly and beautiful

Theres a door between 2 rooms which is weird and make me feel unsafe someone can get in the room in mid of the night Staff opened the door and came in to fill the minibar without getting the consent.
