We booked using my points so can’t really complain, but the room was tiny and very musty. We were offered a breakfast to compensate, but has no time.

Location
We are regulars here and always receive fantastic service. Rooms are always very very clean and quiet. Location to the city centre, cafes, restaurant and bars could not be better.

Stayed here many times since it is conveniently located, comfortable and fairly priced. Some things to take into account though: the aircon is set quite cold and cannot be adjusted, always turned it off at night; parking spaces fill quickly but spaces are available across the road at their sister hotel

Location is King!
We stay here as a matter of course as; (a) the rooms are always very very clean; (b) front office staff are always friendly, efficient and professional. (c) location, location, location. (d) rooms are exceptionally quiet. Perfect for a good sleep. (e) Central city within a a few minutes walk. (f) great selection of bars and restaurants in vicinity.

Convenient part of Townsville walking distance to city centre, Cowboys Stadium and Magnetic Island Barge. Room was abit tiny and close to next room but as a quick stay was OK. Rachel was a great host!

The property was well presented and the rooms were just right. Great TV, clean, modern bathrooms and good sized bed. Wall possibly a little thin, as I could hear the TV next door late into the night, but it could be that it was turned up particularly loud. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, especially for the price!

Just okay. Room was very small, with just the basics in terms of facilities, for example it had a kettle but not even a small microwave. Tiny non-opening window looking onto a neighbouring parking lot as a view. Limited reception hours. Location was decent, on a good restaurant strip, across the river from downtown. Realistically, I would stay elsewhere if I returned.

Ava on front desk was very helpful and understanding when we requested a room change from noisy room located directly next to elevator. Thankfully she was able to relocate us to a quieter room during a very busy period.
