Coastal Retreat by Golf & Water; Screened Porch

The Cottage on the Bluff is a recently constructed single-story home. As you enter via the circular drive, you'll find yourself in a beautifully decorated cottage equipped with every modern convenience for a peaceful getaway. The screened-in front porch features comfortable sofas where you can relax with a drink and enjoy distant views of the deep water. This stylish home is conveniently located near the waterfront and the Shellman Fish Camp boat launch.

Inside, you're greeted by spacious 12-foot ceilings throughout the great room, which offers plenty of cozy seating around a large smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and opens into both the great room and the dining area. This rental does not accommodate pets.

The home features three bedrooms: a primary en suite with a king-sized bed, a spacious queen-sized room, and a third bedroom with double-size bunk beds. Perfect for up to 6 adults or with children, it can sleep up to 8. The latter two bedrooms share a bathroom with a double sink.

For added convenience, there's a private laundry room with a washer and dryer, perfect for returning from the beach or fishing trips. We also provide landline phone service. Please note that Verizon and AT&T are the two carriers that reception works well in the cottage. With T-mobile it’s spotty until you walk to the stop sign about 2 minutes from the cottage.

Just a two-minute walk away, you'll find Hunter’s Seafood Restaurant and other local attractions. This water-friendly location is ideal for boating and is close to Sapelo Hammock Golf Course and the Golden Isles beaches near Brunswick. It's also an easy drive to Savannah, Richmond Hill, and Fort Stewart. Feel free to bring your golf cart, kayak, boat, or other island toys to fully enjoy all the area has to offer.

• For everyone’s protection, we require a simple rental agreement and a fully refundable $250 security hold processed prior to arrival.
• A landline is provided as cell service is spotty. Verizon and AT&T work best.
• No pets are allowed.
• It is a quiet, residential area—perfect for relaxing stays!
