"Overall, good experience! The staff was helpful and friendly! The breakfast was definitely powdered eggs. Also a $75 deposit was required that I didn’t read about anywhere else. Hot tub and pool were nice. My biggest complaint would be the smell of the cleaner they used in the common area areas, extremely overpowering smell Otherwise great!"

"This was an excellent airport hotel. It was super clean, appeared to be freshly remodeled, the staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to help out. For example, when I needed to head back to the airport to catch a flight, I'd signed up for a shuttle at 7:30am, but showed up to the desk closer to 7:10am. I just got around and ready earlier than I thought I would, and the front counter agent jumped right up and went and got the shuttle driver right then. I insisted I could wait, but they wouldn't have it. I was ready and so were they. Just a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel has it all! Breakfast, happy hour, dinner, workout room, close to everything, etc, whatever you need you will find it here at Drury! We had a wonderful Milwaukee stay and Drury made it so easy, convenient and simple to get started everday, get around, and hang out in the evenings. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This hotel and the staff were fantastic from reservations all the way through check-out! Nacho and Fernanda at the front desk were great! The champagne welcome at check-in was a great way to kick off our anniversary night! The room was very clean and everything was in good order and full of unique little touches making it more interesting than a chain hotel. We appreciated our special surprise from the staff for our anniversary and felt that we made a great choice for our overnight. We were on the 4th floor and it was very quiet and peaceful and we liked our city view and that we could see out to the river just down the street. We could not hear any street noise and appreciated the great blackout curtains to keep the sunlight out in the morning. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel entrance. We parked there and then just brought our ticket to the front desk. We then had in-and-out privileges which made it easy for us to explore the city. Also, just a block away from the hotel is a restaurant called SafeHouse, which is a spy themed establishment and kind of a fun departure from the normal restaurant experience.T he employees all stay in character the entire time and you can even go on a scavenger hunt of clues if you want to take on the "assignment" while you are there! If you talk to the bartender at the hotel, he will tell you how to find the secret entrance because the restaurant does not have any signs!"
