« The hotel overbooked, and this caused a lot of confusion at the time of check-in. They could not find my Expedia booking and hence we had to wait for almost half an hour. Although we had booked a superior triple room, we eventually got a double bed with an extra cot. We managed it in the end, but I would have certainly liked a more hassle-free experience at the hotel. The room was very small for three adults. The bathroom was comparatively bigger, so we had to keep some of our suitcases in the...
