About this property

Ito's Retreat - Awakening the Senses Under the Roofs

  • Tucked away on the top floor, where the hustle and bustle of the city fades into a soothing murmur, the Refuge d'Ito invites you to rise above it all. Completely transformed by a recent renovation, this refined retreat blends the authentic charm of its exposed beams with decidedly contemporary comfort.

Beneath the century-old beams, the spacious living area becomes a warm and bright space for sharing. Each area, from the living room to the bedrooms, features its own smart TV, offering everyone moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

In this retreat, adorned with natural materials and bathed in light, technology is discreet yet ever-present: central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine… everything has been designed to combine elegance and serenity.

When you wake up, the proximity of the Basilica of Saint-Martin serves as a reminder of Tours’ rich heritage, while the aromas wafting from the nearby Marché des Halles invite you to fully savour the epicurean lifestyle of the Touraine region.
