### Le Tour(s) du Monde - Joli appartement

Que vous veniez en famille, entre amis ou entre collègues, laissez-vous transporter par les tableaux qui ornent les murs et invitent à l'évasion et au voyage. Chaque pièce est soigneusement décorée pour vous offrir une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante.  
  
Dans le spacieux salon, vous pourrez profiter d'un confortable canapé pour vous détendre devant la TV tout en profitant du Wifi. Le soir venu, le canapé se transforme en lit pour de bonnes nuits de sommeil.  
  
Adapté pour 6 personnes et d'une superficie de 75m², deux belles chambres viennent compléter l'appartement. La première est équipée d'un lit Queen size (160cm). La seconde chambre accueille quant à elle un canapé-lit double.  
  
Ensuite, une cuisine séparée et entièrement équipée est à votre disposition pour laisser libre cours à votre créativité culinaire. Que vous souhaitiez préparer un repas rapide ou plus élaboré, vous aurez tout le nécessaire à disposition (plaques de cuisson, four, cafetière Nespresso, etc.). Vous pourrez prendre vos délicieux repas autour de la table à manger conviviale.  
  
Pour vous détendre après une journée riche en découvertes ou en travail, la salle de bain est équipée d'une petite baignoire où vous pourrez vous relaxer et prendre soin de vous. Les WC sont séparés.  
  
Pour les beaux jours, vous pourrez profiter d'un café sur le balcon :)  
  
Pour votre confort, tout est compris dans les frais de ménage. Vous n'aurez qu'à poser vos valises en arrivant et à profiter (linge de lit et de toilette à votre disposition).  
  
Le stationnement se fait de façon gratuite dans la rue ou derrière l'immeuble.  
  
Les arrivées se font en autonomie, les clés sont à récupérer dans un point relais situé dans le Vieux Tours.  
L'appartement est situé au 4° étage sans ascenseur.  
  
N'hésitez pas à réserver dès maintenant votre séjour et laissez-vous séduire par l'harmonie parfaite entre tranquillité et praticité :)  
  
Le logement est facile d'accès directement via les boulevards Heurteloup et Béranger, l'autoroute n'est qu'à 5 min.   
Vous pourrez aussi bien vous déplacer avec votre véhicule qu'en transports en commun ou encore à pied.  
Comptez moins de 25 minutes de marche depuis la gare de Tours pour accéder à l'appartement.  
  
L'appartement est situé au 4° étage sans ascenseur.  
  
Les places sont gratuites dans la rue et dans la cour de l'immeuble.

Le CHU Bretonneau est situé à 13 min à pied du logement, le cœur du vieux Tours avec sa célèbre place Plumereau à 14 min, la place Jean Jaurès à 18 min.  
Vous l'aurez compris, l'appartement est extrêmement bien situé tout en étant à l'abris de l'animation qui règne dans le vieux Tours.  
  
Les lignes 3a, 3b et 34 arrêt "Frumeaud" pourront vous déposer à 2 pas de l'appartement  
Les lignes 3a, 3b, 5 et 34 arrêt "Saint Eloi" sont à 6 minutes de marche.  
Le tramway arrêt "Jean Jaurès" ou "Nationale" est à 18 min à pied.
