### In the heart of silence - Nice house

This delightful T3 offers two large bedrooms, each with a double bed, and direct access to the garden and terrace.  
The large living room features a dining table, TV and WiFi connection. You can relax on the sofa at the end of a day's sightseeing or work. Please note that the wood-burning stove cannot be used.  
  
Then there's the fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals just like at home.  
This kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay: hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker...  
  
Finally, the bathroom features a bathtub and vanity unit.  
  
In fine weather, you can relax in the garden. You'll appreciate the peace and quiet. A small table is also available for meals ;)  
  
You'll enjoy a spotless apartment thanks to a professional cleaning service, and the apartment will be equipped with the necessary linen such as towels, sheets, comforter covers, bath mats and tea towels. All included in the cleaning fee. Don't hesitate any longer :)

Appartement agréable et très bien situé. Je regrette toutefois le manque de communication avec notre hôte, qui n'a pas repondu à mes messages (lavabo bloqué, chauffage défectueux). Nous avons eu froid tout le week-end.
