Located on the 1st and last floor with private entrance, it includes a living room, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and 3 bedrooms decorated with care.  
Enjoy a south facing terrace with outdoor lounge, Weber barbecue and large table for convivial moments.

Located in the popular neighbourhood of Lamalgue au Mourillon, the unit is located on a quiet street with no exit. It includes:  
\- three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen;  
\- a functional shower room;  
\- a dining area with table and chairs;  
\- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;  
\- a large furnished terrace for your outdoor lunches;  
\- a balcony to enjoy the view;
