桌椅稍嫌不足，沒有門鏈讓人覺得安全不踏實。 浴缸建議加裝扶手，浴缸內放防滑墊。 停車場坡道建議加強標示，第一次下去時是有些疑惑擔心，機械停車位較窄，出入還需折後照鏡。建議重新思考整理規劃整個停車場。
