We were there in low season, so regretfully the restaurant and swimming pool were closed and there wasn't much to do, but the hotel is lovely and run by very nice people. Rooms are adequate and clean, could do with some basic coffee making equipment and the hot water situation for the shower was not always clear, but otherwise we had a nice stay"

"I was honored to be the first guest after the reopening post-pandemic. I especially enjoyed the meals on the terrace overlooking the Ourika Valley. The Kasbah is located in a rather vertical village known for its ceramic work. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was well decorated and spacious. "Nice pool area. The waiters are nice. The management is terrible. Gym is small / outdated. Treadmill doesn’t start at times and is narrow. Tennis court is good but the ball was old and only one. Bath / toilet facilities don’t function properly. Be careful when you book, so you don’t get asked for more money upon check out. Breakfast is good but basic. Tajines are great including couscous. Skewers weren’t good. Meat too dry and tiny pieces. You have to guess well how hungry you will be all day, you can only order food up to 10am. Nothing close by to eat. "

"Amazing place! It’s away from everything so it’s like your own little oasis. Small place with only a couple other guests. Beautiful property, great amenities, and fabulously maintained. The food and drinks were incredible. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. They greet you no matter what time of the night (we arrived at 3am and the owner still met us with a smile) and say goodbye no matter when (we left at 6am). It is pricey but well worth the price! "
