Charming house with private pool, garden, shade areas & bbq

  • Charming country house recently renovated and furnished. It is located 15 minutes walk from the beach and the city center. 5 minutes by car from the beach and 10 minutes from the airport. Supermarkets 400 meters.
    The house is located on a plot of 750 square meters, of which approximately 120 correspond to the house. The house has four bedrooms (3 double and 1 single), two bathrooms, a spacious and cozy living room and a splendid fully equipped kitchen.
    Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful garden with a nice swiming pool of 4x2 meters. The garden is an ideal place to relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink. The house also has a covered terrace perfect for spending the hottest hours and covered garage with capacity for one vehicle. In addition, field enthusiasts can enjoy our garden, from which they can collect vegetables or fruits. In addition, users will have free Wi-Fi.
